with the support of goldcard, shaoxing gas, a state-owned company in zhejiang province has its own digital customer service system officially launched on december 21st. the system covering customer information management, meter asset management, call center, mobile field service and other services, realizing 4 branches, 11 business halls, 14 third-party payment agencies, and network hall data to fully connect and open up. the system constructed a new customer management module to provide gas users with more efficient, convenient and personalized services.
