thermal gas flow metering technology

mems-based thermal mass gas flow metering technology with features like high accuracy, wide range, strong maintainability and low cost, and thus will partly replace the traditional diaphragm gas metering technology in the future. the prominent feature of the thermal-mass gas flow metering technology lies in its ability to identify gas components and thus make it possible to measure the natural gas energy.

goldcard takes the r&d on such technology as a technical pre-research project, maintains close cooperation with oversea scientific research institutions. with the help of the oversea technology platform, we are able to carry out the basic theory research and technology application research quickly, and stays in the leading position in china.
lithium battery power supply technology

in order to optimize the lithium battery solution for the gas meters, we conducted the fundamental application research on long-lifespan, low-cost and high-safety power supply solution for smart gas meters. which includes researches of composite battery solution with compound capacitor and super-capacitor as the core.

we conducted researches on the passivation reaction, deep discharge ability and consistency performance of various lithium battery products.

we designed tools to accurately calculate the battery life for each smart gas meter function module based on the power consumption model;

upon the results of the above researches, when facing different market circumstances, we are capable of providing the best power supply total solutions for each product, including the clock battery, main power supply and the expected lifetime calculating model, to ensure a long lifespan as well as to strictly control the cost and reduce the design redundancy.

nowadays, information security is no longer a narrowly defined cipher-based computer security technology, but a comprehensive discipline that combines management, technology and law. goldcard has been aware of the importance of the product information security. in addition to encrypting data in the product with the aes encryption algorithm, we use the digital signature and authentication system technology to protect the authenticity of the product data.
industry cloud technology

as the "internet energy” is sweeping across, cloud computing and big data have gradually penetrated in the energy industry as cutting-edge technology. yinzheng software, a subsidiary of goldcard, has launched the enesys energy management system; eslink another subsidiary has launched eslink cloud client service. in order to comply with era’s development demand we have also signed a strategic agreement with alibaba cloud to provide efficient, safe and stable cloud services to create a smart city by launching alibaba cloud platform.

besides, goldcard also cooperates with canadian data agencies to create the big data and artificial intelligence algorithm for the energy industry.
new-type three-in-one industrial and commercial gas prepayment metering technology

in 2002, tancy released the first integrated prepayment cpu card industrial gas flowmeter, and solved the problem of asynchronism between metering and charging, which is general with traditional combined-type of flow meters. in 2016, tancy released the first prepayment product in the industry, integrated with the volume correction, remote transmission and prepayment function.

based on the advantages of previous integrated product, the gprs wireless module is built in.

data transmission is enabled using internal or external power supply. settlement using currency or volume is available. installation and usage are simplified.

the real-time alarm pushing function is provided. when an alarm occurs, such as cover opening, magnetic tampering, radio-frequency interference, low battery, or signal cable cut, the alarm will be pushed in real time through gprs or sms, to realize efficient anti-tampering monitoring.
medium & high-pressure natural gas flow metering technology

in 2012, tancy undertook the mission to research and manufacture medium & high pressure turbine gas flow meters and flow computers. this is related to localize key equipment for oil and gas pipelines from cnpc (china national petroleum corporation), which is under the key technology special project. this project has passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal organized by china machinery industry federation in march 2014, then passed the on-site industrial acceptance testing of cnpc in june 2017.

currently, tancy can provide 1.6mpa~16mpa pressure level gas turbine flow meters and the auxiliary flow computers for the medium and high pressure flow meters measuring. the significance of the success of this technology is that it will break the long-term monopoly of the medium and high pressure long-distance natural gas flow metering technology by oversea products.
flow meter anti-tamper technology

the gas companies rises their awareness on the anti-tamper function of the gas flow meter nowadays due to the huge economic losses caused by gas tampering.

tancy keeps summarizing various gas tamper cases and has adopted effective testing methods for problems such as cover opening, magnetic interference, radio frequency interference, low battery , cable cutting, etc..

high accuracy rotary gas flow meter manufacture technology

through continuous technological innovation, tancy has developed a series of high-quality g6~g1000 gas rotary meter, by using innovative technologies such as constant temperature precision processing, low temperature hard anodic oxidation processing, rotary high-precision forming and highly reliable flow signal detection, which obtained eu certification in 2012. this series products are widely recognized by the users due to its wide flow range, low initial flow rate, small pressure loss and cost effectiveness.
high-pressure standard device (high-pressure loop) technology

tancy built a set of high-pressure standard device using air as the medium in 2012, with the cooperation of a german company. this device has the test medium pressure ≤2.0mpa, the diameter between dn50 ~ dn200 and the flow rate ≤2500m3/h, which was certificated by netherlands vsl in 2014. the expanded uncertainty is 0.3%.

tancy is capable to design, manufacture and integrate such devices independently. in 2016, tancy won the bid for the high-pressure gas flow standard device from hebei metrology supervision and inspection institute. the main parameters are as follows: the test air medium pressure of 0.1mpa ~ 4.0mpa, the maximum flow of 7500m3/h under working conditions, and the system expanded uncertainty of 0.3%. the project is now in progress as scheduled, which further promotes the gas flow metering technology development.
volume corrector technology conforming to eu standards

there is still a big gap between the technical performance and function of the corrector made in china and those the advanced corrector made in europe. tancy has begun to develop the volume corrector technology in line with the eu standards since 2014 to expand the international market. through the understanding, digestion and implementation of the relevant eu standards for volume corrector, tancy has basically completed the development to meet the eu standards. so far, the product has obtained the eu atex certification, and is undergoing the mid and emc certification. once qualified, it can replace imported products. hence, together with the eu ce certified turbine gas meter and rotary gas meter, they can enter the international market such as europe. thus expand our market and achieve internationalization.
